I just have to post these three songs, they are my favourite ones from the “Twilight” soundtrack!
New Moon
Yesterday evening I finally went to see New Moon in the cinema! I finally decided to go alone and see it, because I didn’t find anyone to go together with. What a movie! After watching Twilight I was a bit sceptical. I did like the movie, but I wasn’t totally satisfied. It wasn’t that similar to the novel, that’s probably why. But then I’ve watched it many more times, and I like it more and more. But I loved New Moon right away. One huge reason, I guess, was probably Jacob Black…
Mark Medlock – Baby Blue
This video was just shown on VIVA. I usually don’t listen to Mark Medlock, but this song was actually pretty good.
New Season of Bones
My Sundays are saved – there’ll be a new season of “Bones”! It’s my second favourite criminal series, after “Midsomer Murders”.
Europe Music Awards
The Europe Music Awards yesterday evening/night was fantastic. Many great bands, many worthy winners. Best of all: Tokio Hotel won the only award they were nominated for – Best Group.
This Is It
Tonight I went to the cinema with Mum to watch “Michael Jackson’s This Is It”. I like his music and I’m very impressed by his dancing. The movie was really good, and he was an icon in the world of music – no matter what you might think of him.
Tokio Hotel to Sweden!
Today’s big news: Tokio Hotel will be coming to Sweden! In March next year. They’re going to play both in Stockholm AND Gothenburg!
Abstinence…
Their new USA tour has started and I’m sitting here watching videos from their concerts. Watching, listening, getting into the music and atmosphere. And feeling down. I also want to see Hanson live again! It’s been 4.5 years since last time!
World’s On Fire
As usual with Hanson, I love this song – “World’s On Fire”. It’s on the EP “Stand Up Stand Up” and I’ve also heard it’s going to be on their new album which will be released in the spring.
R.I.P. Uffe
Ulf “Uffe” Larsson has passed away at the age of 53. My eyes filled with tears, driving on my way home. To me, Uffe will always be “Söndagsöppet”, a famous TV show. I grew up with that show, and with Uffe. Here are a few videos to remember him by.
