Even though this class about gnosticism is really difficult, I’m still happy that I’m taking it and I will do my best to finish the assignments on time. Not only is the subject interesting in itself, the class has also helped me a little with the fantasy novel I’m planning to write! I’ve just listened to yet another of the lectures, and all these views of the world, different spheres and levels of spirituality, have helped me to somehow think more freely, outside all the normal ideas about religions. I do want to create something that’s a bit different, I don’t want to create a world and then let the inhabitants practice one of our modern religions. These discussions about spheres and gatekeepers have really pushed me forward!
