There have been many posts about Japanese bands during the past few days – and here’s another one. When I’ve listened to Japanese songs I just have to listen to my absolute (Japanese) favourites – Tackey & Tsubasa! They have great music, I love their emotions on stage, their beautiful voices (and I love laughing at their fun dances haha).

I started to discuss Japanese music with a friend today, and she likes Gackt. That led us to searching for the songs by him that we like best. She prefers his j-rock songs, but I prefer his j-pop songs. I love Vanilla but today I found this which is also really good:
An Cafe Will Be Coming Back!
Today I got the latest issue of OKEJ, I looked through it and found an article about An Cafe. The first thing I noticed was that they are coming back to Sweden. In March! Do I need to say that I immediately ran to the computer to see if there were any tickets left?

I realized I haven’t listened to Japanese boyband V6 for a long time, so I searched YouTube and found this video with half the group. Upbeat, happy, easy-to-sing-along tune. Just what I was after.
Today’s Music Tip is Japanese
I love Japanese pop music (and some Japanese rock music too), and here is a tip. This duo is called Tackey & Tsubasa and consists of Imai Tsubasa (dark-haired) and Takizawa Hideaki (blonde). This is one of their best songs!
My First An Café Concert!
I’ve seen An Café live for the first time! They played at Klubben (Fryshuset) in Stockholm tonight. Before that they had a signing session, but I found out too late, and also I would rather queue for the show. It was so crowded during the concert, but I managed to hold a spot right in front of Takuya! I didn’t see much of the others, but I didn’t care much…
